Do I need to get three estimates?

No… Ohio law states that you only need one estimate.

You are not my insurance company’s recommended shop. Do I have to use their shop?

It is your car and you have the choice to have it repaired at the shop of your choice.

Who do I pay my deductible to?

You pay your deductible to the shop upon completion of your car.

Rental vehicles can be reserved through your insurance

Insurance companies will set you up with a rental vehicle reservation through Enterprise. When we have a date scheduled for your repairs, you will notify Enterprise and they will pick you up at the shop. When repairs are complete, you can leave the vehicle at the shop and we will notify Enterprise and the insurance company that it was returned.

Can I get a ride from your shop?

Yes, we'll provide you with a ride to home or work.

What if you find additional damage once you start repairing my car?

It is very common to find additional damage due to the construction of modern cars. If we find additional damage we will notify the insurance company to get the additional damage authorized.

Will my entire car need painted?

No, we are experts on matching color and will provide you with a finish that will match the factory.

Are your repairs guaranteed?

Yes, all collision repairs are guaranteed for the duration that you own the car. Guarantee is non-transferable. Call for details.
